I have just got back from an amazing Fitcamp weekend at Ribby Hall, where I taught Step with Delvin Clarke, HiLO Party , Fitness Pilates and Chair Dance Burlesque. I have also been busy working on the Fitness Income Online Package that launches tonight straight after our first webinar. Ill be posting the pictures andvideos shortly.

Im just packing and off to teach at Fitcamp at Ribby Hall so will bring you all a full report over the weekend and upload tons of video footage.

A fantastic end to the Freestyle Friday tour that I have been running with Delvin Clarke. We hit the Reebok club in Canary Wharf and the day just rocked.

Who says freestyle is dead??? Its alive and kicking in a big way, in fact more Instructors are coming back into Freestyle and hungrey for new ideas.

We will be organising more Freestyle fridays in 2010 with myself, Delvin and Jo Parry which will be so exciting.
